Bogged do not drop mushrooms when sheared with doMobLoot false

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the following command

   /gamerule doMobLoot false

1. Take bogged spawn egg or use from /Summon commands

2. Take a shears and then shear the bogged

Observed Result: ❌ Bogged does not drop the mushrooms when shear with doMobLoot is false

Expected Behavior: Bogged should be drop the mushrooms when shear with doMobLoot is false

This could be easily fixed by making all other mobs use loot tables for shearing, meaning that they wouldn't drop with doMobLoot wither, making this consistent.
