Removing wax from a lit copper bulb grants the Lighten Up advancement, even though scraping wax doesn't actually make it brighter

can confirm; easiest fix is to simply remove the waxed bulbs from the criteria, as those just get the waxed removed when scraping

I can confirm this issue still occurs in Minecraft 24w35a.
