What I expected to happen was...:
"Wind Burst:
Unique enchantment which can only be found in Ominous Vaults"
This enchantment should only be available from loot from ominous vaults.
What actually happened was...:
While playing on the snapshot one villager had an offer with this enchantement. I was able to buy it, put it on the mace and use it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place lectern next to a villager
2. Check his offers every time o place the lectern
3. When wind burst enchantement appears, but something from this villager to lock his offers.
4. Now you can buy this enchantement without limits and enchant your mace with it
All treasure enchantments are also available via villagers, this is intended. Also wind burst isn't even a treasure enchantment it's obtainable via enchanting tables too.
