Wind Burst enchantment is obtainable from villager trading

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a librarian villager.

2. Inspect its trades. There is a chance for the enchanted book offered by it to have the Wind Burst enchantment.

Observed Results:

Wind Burst is available on enchanted books sold by villagers.

Expected Results:

Wind Burst is only obtainable from ominous vaults and thus cannot be on enchanted books in trading.

Note: If Wind Burst is obtainable through villager trading, it might also be obtainable in loot outside ominous vaults, but I have not checked this.
