A player with cheats on a server can use a command to generate a ton of elder guardian particles, which will crash only the targeted player's game by consuming all the memory, and freezing everything up, while leaving everyone else's game completely fine.
The game freezes while trying to render all of the guardian particles, when it should limit the number of guardian particles it is processing to prevent itself from running out of memory.

I find this a bug because it enables targeted harassment with no improvement to game function.
