[MC-270589] Uncraftable potion is blue instead of pink

The Uncraftable Potion color has changed to be the same color as a regular water bottle.

How to reproduce:

/give @p minecraft:potion
Receive Uncraftable Potion.
❌ It appears blue instead of pink.

This seems to be caused by the fix for MC-270236.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.

Uncraftable potions were originally made pink to represent the missing texture color, signaling the missing potion contents. Would be great if that was actually restored, rather than leaving it as water color.
