Upwards teleportation, upwards swimming, creative flight, etc. is counted towards the blast height tracker for the "Who Needs Rockets?" advancement

The “Who Needs Rockets?” advancement considers any upwards motion after a wind charge blast to be valid, even if it is from creative flight, teleportation, upwards swimming/bubble column, a ladder, etc. It would be expected that only natural motion would be tracked for this purpose.

To reproduce

  2. /advancement revoke @s only minecraft:adventure/who_needs_rockets
