I was testing out the latest snapshot when all the sudden I got a strange crash I've never seen before. When I tried to rejoin, I crashed again. The world is no longer accessible. Don't worry, the world itself wasn't important. Regardless, it happened when I had opened a chest in a trial chamber. I had already opened that chest, and I was just opening it again to retrieve some loot I'd left there. I was using a firework crossbow to kill the mobs there.

I'll add some additional info about this crash. Basically, the trial spawners sometimes spawn mobs with corrupted data . As a result of trying to load these entities, the game crashes and it crashes everytime the game tries to load such entities.
I don't really know about this case in particular since I have never experienced it.
To reproduce the bug with normal entities, simply find a trial chamber and try to kill all the mobs. I have tried to reproduce this bug twice and it worked everytime, although you might need to kill mobs from multiple spawners.
Definitely duplicate of MC-272043, This possibly cause of similar error codes in log files. However will be fixed in future snapshot.
I've believe due to causing gain effects with oozing to some mobs that spawned from ominous trial spawners in trial chambers, Which the ominous spawns an Oozing lingering potions drops down and the mobs touches the effects and a player trying to kill mobs with effects will be causes a crash

Did you kill that breeze while it had the Oozing effect? If so, MC-272043.
