Comparator output of jukebox no longer persists on music disc finish

Before this week's snapshot, a comparator would always read the disc in a jukebox regardless of whether the jukebox was playing or not. As of this week's snapshot, which also introduced the new data driven jukebox songs, this is no longer the case.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a jukebox

2. Insert a music disc (11 or mellohi is the easiest to reproduce with because of short duration length)

3. Wait for song to finish

   • ❌ Observed: comparator turns off

   • ✔ Expected: comparator would continue to read output of disc in jukebox
