Since the 1.13 update, players can now drop the items very quickly by holding down Q

Would MC-118107 describe you're issue?

Update: This does duplicate MC-118107:

How to reproduce

1. Take a stack of any items in the hand

2. Hold down the Q button, holding the stack items
   → See how fast you throw items

@unknown It does seem to duplicate MC-118107, however, that bug report has no information about dropping items while walking, as far as I could see. The videos attached to this bug report display the player walking while dropping the items by holding the Q key.

@unknown Yeah but walking has nothing to do with the main issue, which is holding the Q button to drop items rapidly.
