"twitter" is an english word with verb usage from the 14th century and noun usage from the late 17th century. The grammatical usage in the splash has nothing to do with the website.
Another instance of this is "Plz reply to my tweet!".
Edit: My opinion, but 'Twitter' sounds better than 'X' 🙂

How is this a suggestion and not a bug? If the spelling of a word in the splash it would be a bug no? The guidelines do not explain the difference very well
MCL-23837 is similar and was valid
The message mentioned in MCL-23837 was a link redirecting you to the site, while this issue is about splash texts, which don't need to reflect the real world accurately since they're just funny messages. I see no reason why this issue would be valid.
Relatedly, another splash text that says "pls rt".
Also, your screenshot is invalid because it shows a modded game.
