"Times Used" statistic does not increase for armor when used on an armor stands

Using an armor item to equip it onto yourself will increase the statistic, however, using it on an armor stand will not despite also using the item then.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down an armor stand

2. Equip any armor piece
   → note the Times Used statistic for said item

3. Equip that same piece of armor onto an armor stand

Observed Behavior:

The statistic will increase when using it on yourself, but not for the armor stand.

Expected Result:

Because the item is used for both cases (the equip sound and the arm animation play), the statistic would increase each and every time.
