[MC-275537] Sliding down honey blocks is slower than in previous versions

Sliding down honey blocks is slower than in previous versions.

Steps to Reproduce:

Build a honey block tower
Slide down it
- ❌ Observed: you slide down slower
- ✔ Expected: there is no difference in sliding speed

Is this an issue in version 1.21.1 or 24w33a? The debug screen shows version 1.21.1.

Update: Can confirm, 24w33a does seem a bit slower compared to 1.21.1:

Mojang fixed this bug in a wrong way, causing MC-278572
