[MC-275926] Warped fungus trees are unnaturally tall

See attached image. This also affects bone mealed fungus. According to the Minecraft wiki, it is possible for some fungus to generate like this, but in this world, it seems way too frequent.

I don't see a bug here, there just happen to be a lot of tall fungus trees in one area.
