Crafting an item that has not yet been crafted removes all tabs in the recipe book other than the topmost one

The Bug

When crafting an item that has not been crafted before with the recipe book open and more than one tab available, removing the item from the output removes all tabs other than the "compass" tab (which shows all unlocked recipes) until re-entering the crafting interface.

This bug was introduced in snapshot 24w40a.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Give yourself two types of logs (e.g. oak log and spruce log).

2. Run the following command:

   /recipe take @s *

3. Open the recipe book in the crafting table interface, and then craft the first log into planks. Re-enter the crafting interface and note the extra tab.

4. Craft the second log into planks. Note the amount of tabs present.

Observed Results

Only the "compass" tab is available.

Expected Results

All the tabs would be visible even after crafting the item.
