In Bedrock's newest preview, they now have a toggle option that can make you decide whether to enable game pausing in the pause menu, which isn't in Java.

@unknown That keybind pauses the game without showing the game menu. It still pauses the game in singleplayer.

Triage Team, the issue reported is a parity issue introduced after 1.15,the behavior (pausing) exists on both editions, and it differs between editions. All criteria are met for being a valid parity issue to report. Parity issues are not feature requests.
How can this be invalid while the same option-related parity issue MC-232515 was considered to be valid?
