Using "minecraft:always_pass" while the player is inside the test zone breaks the world

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Place a Test Instance Block
2 - Use the "minecraft:always_pass" test with the entities option on
3 - Go inside the test zone
4 - Press the "Run Test" button on the block
5 - See the results!

Results:
1 - The player is deleted
2 - The world stops loading
3 - You can't break blocks
4 - You can't go through blocks even in spectator
5 - The world fixes it self upon re-joining

The player entity is removed from the world when this occurs. You can verify by typing /say @e[type=player]. It reminds me of when frogs ate players.
