Blocks replaced within obsidian pillars when respawning the Ender Dragon are deleted

Similar to MC-279517, MC-227097, MC-273945, and MC-902, if you replace the obsidian in the End pillars and respawn the Ender Dragon, any blocks inside them are completely deleted.

How to reproduce

1. Be in the End with the Ender Dragon not alive

2. Replace some of the blocks in the obsidian pillars with blocks of your choice

3. Respawn the Ender Dragon

Expected result

Your blocks would not be deleted. They would either not be replaced by obsidian or drop as items.

Observed result

Your blocks are completely deleted.
