If we look at similar blocks like the sweet berry bush, its hitbox isn't the size of a full block and its hitbox also reaches the ground.

Observed Behavior:

The hitbox doesn't reach the ground and is too wide compared to other similar blocks.

Expected Behavior:

The hitbox would reach the ground and would not be too wide compared to other similar blocks.
