block.sand.idle and block.sand.wind are not in the Ambient/Environment sound category

The two new ambient sounds, block.sand.idle and block.sand.wind, are not in the Ambient/Environment sound category

Observed Behavior:

Setting Ambient/Environment in Music & Sound Options to 0% would mute the two new sounds.

Expected Behavior:

Setting Ambient/Environment in Music & Sound Options to 0% does not mute the two new sounds.

I can confirm, but I'm pretty sure this is intentional since the same system is used with blocks in the pale garden. From the 1.21.4 article:

New System for Pale Garden Ambient Sounds

Ambient sounds in the Pale Garden biome do not come from the biome itself, but are generated by blocks found in the biome.

This might be intentional but we all consider them "block ambient sounds", this sound isn't sourced from block placement/break/walk/land, so I think it must be changed to ambient sounds category.

Just saw this was fixed, I would like to mention that this report should have probably been about all block-based ambiance, such as the firefly bush, the dead bush sounds, and all of the pale garden sounds as well, as they all use the same system.
