Shears no longer consume durability when used on insta-mined blocks

Shears do not consume durability when used to break any instant mined blocks in this snapshot. This affects every block listed below:

• Dead Bush

• Fern / Large Fern

• Hanging Roots

• Seagrass / Tall Seagrass

• Short Grass / Tall Grass

• Tripwire

• Twisting Vines

• Weeping Vines

• Short Dry Grass / Tall Dry Grass

Non-instant mined blocks such as glow lichen and vines are not affected.

Step to produce:
1. Go to survival and craft a pair of shears
2. Break grass with shears. Note that it does not consume any durability.
