Typing an invalid unicode code point causes an unexpected crash (charTyped event handler), running the command not required
Steps to Reproduce
Type
/tellraw @s "\u123456"
Observed Result
The game crashes
Expected Result
The command parser spits out an error and marks the command as invalid syntax
