Note: I don't know if it's intentional, but since it seems weird to me, I decided to write this report anyway
Issue: Removing leaves from small jungle trees, specifically those that are only one block tall and located in the sparse jungle biome, will drop Oak Saplings
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new world in creative mode and go to a sparse jungle biome where these types of trees are found
Either by hand or with a tool like a sword for ease, start removing the leaves of the tree until it drops a Sapling
Observed results:
A jungle tree drops an Oak Sapling, which doesn't make sense since an Oak Sapling is a different type of tree
Expected results:
A jungle tree should drop a sapling of its own species, that is., a Jungle Sapling
I attach a video in which I reproduce the issue, following the steps explained above. In the video, you can see how I obtained two Oak Saplings from some jungle trees. I intentionally grew an Oak Sapling to demonstrate that they are not the same tree

Hello @flow_santohyj123
I've already seen the report you sent me, and the main reason I made this "duplicate" one is because despite having searched to see if anyone had already reported this issue, I didn't find anything since it doesn't appear for me. I must say that I also paid attention to the type of leaves on the tree as you said, but since it seems to be something that is inconsistent with the type of trunk, that's also a reason I wanted to make the report. But it seems to be something intentional... Hmm 🤔
Those are oak leaves.
