When a mob (or just happy ghast, idk) is in a chunk, connected to a lead tied to a fence in another chunk, and the chunk with the knot is unloaded and quickly reloaded (like via elytra-ing back and forth quickly), the lead breaks letting the mob free

Can replicate in 25w31a.
I used the following setup:
A cow leashed to a fence (the cow and the fence are in different chunks). Unload and load the chunks multiple times by going in and out of spectator mode (the gamerule spectatorGenerateChunks is set to false).
This seems to be happening in the curent version as well. I have noticed for weeks now that while playing on Java Realms 1.21.10 that my leashed animals were sometimes inexplicably wandering around, and the leads had broken and despawned without me knowing. At first I thought this was because of goats, but now I suspect it is one of two things.. First, as @Savvage_ was saying, because chunks were being loaded and unloaded by me traveling traffic from other players on the realm. Or second, of player death. After dying multiple times in quick succession, I realized that all animals that had been recently leashed by me were now unleashed. I leashed them, got killed again shortly afterwards, and found the same animals unleashed, their leads sitting on the ground in item form. I tried this several more times with the same result. This may or may not have the same cause as Savvage_’s bug, because these last and most teste deaths occured withing one or two chunks of my respawn, so it seems like the chunks would all have been near enough to my death and respawn to stay loaded.
