The miniature mobs inside monster spawners always render fully lit, regardless of the light level. This did not happen in 25w33a.
(The color of the mob is correct, so this is not MC-300267, although it is related.)

Not surprised the issue is system-dependent. Although your issue is different, does it occur in 25w33a? If not it may make more sense to track it here instead of in MC-300267.
Interestingly, I tested this in 25w33a and this actually occurs in that version for me, but not in 25w34a or 25w34b.
[media][media]Hm, if the issue manifests differently on each system and for each snapshot then it may be easier to track it in one report as long as any case remains extant. We will see how Mojang decides to handle things.
I am not able to reproduce this in 25w34b; maybe this is a graphics card dependent issue? In my tests, almost all mobs seem to be lit incorrectly but darker instead of fully lit.
