When you place blocks on hitbox of certain blocks with like grass or fire, these blocks will get replaced by the block you place in the place. Even these replaceable blocks can be replaced by other replaceable block this way, but liquids like water and lava doesnβt have that ability. The game detects interaction with hitbox and tries to put the liquid next to the replaceable block, like if itβs a normal block that cannot be replaced. This behaviour is very inconsistent.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place down some replaceable block like grass
Aim on the hitbox on that block
Place some liquid (with bucket of water for example)
Observed Results:
The liquid is placed outside of the targeted replaceable block depending on side of its hitbox you aim on.
Expected Results:
The liquid would be placed at the targeted location of the removable block.
