The Bug:

Liquids are placed adjacent to replaceable blocks instead of inside them.

This affects blocks such as short grass, tall grass, fire, snow, leaf litter, and any other block that is normally replaceable.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down some tall grass and obtain a water bucket.

2. While looking at the tall grass, attempt to replace it with the water bucket.

3. Observe how the water is placed adjacent to tall grass instead of inside it.

Observed Behavior:

Liquids are placed adjacent to replaceable blocks.

Expected Behavior:

Liquids would be placed inside replaceable blocks.
