[MC-301771] Mannequins with the name and profile "deadmau5" do not display ears

Setting the profile and CustomName of a mannequin to "deadmau5" displays the name tag higher but does not display the ears.

Was not intended as a feature request. The deadmau5 player model is know to display ears, and the name being higher shows that there is intention there. I imagine they purposefully restrict this to the actual player entity but that was not clear at the time, hence it appears as a bug, not a feature request.
