Mobs with spears deal too little damage

When a mob attacking player using a spear, it oftens dealt too low damage (1 or 3, less than an unarmed zombie in Hardmode[4] ), sometimes it dealt corrent amount of damage, but not always.
This usually happens when a zombie is riding a zombie horse, they oftens deal too low damage.
