[MC-303217] Banner and Item Frames with items do not render properly

Steps:
Place item frame, place item in item frame, step back one step and look to the left/right.
Place any banner on a wall.
Expected:
Items should appear in item frame from all angles and all distances.
Banners should appear as intended.
Actual:
Item frame items disappear when stepping back one block, and looking to the left/right.
Banners render other items and glitches (all or most banners).
