Loading certain texture packs causes texture rendering to fail on Intel GPU's

Loading certain resource packs causes all textures to render blurry and distorted on some intel hardware. Upon being triggered the issue persists permanently (a game restart is required), does not resolve upon removing the texture pack.

The issue happens even with anisotropic filtering disabled.

Reproduction Steps:
- Have an Intel GPU
- Load the provided texture pack AF_test
- Unload the provided texture pack

Observed Results:
- Texture render incorrectly upon loading the texture pack
- Textures continue to render incorrectly even after the texture pack is removed

Expected Results:
- The issue wouldn’t occur

I’m providing the dynamic textures, game log and the problematic texture pack itself.

Environment

Windows 11 25H2, Intel Arc B580
