Upon startup with Anisotropic filtering enabled at 4x by default, block textures appear blurry no matter the distance between the player. When disabling, it has no effect and the block textures remain blurry. This happens on both newly created worlds and on pre-existing worlds.
What I expected to happen:
Block textures should only have this effect when far away, and the effect to go away completely when Anisotropic filtering is disabled.
What actually happened:
Blocks appear blurry no matter the distance, even when filtering is disabled.

Can Confirm. I have the same issue. However, the blurriness did go away when I set Anisotropic filtering to 8x.
