I have a sound issue I thimk is affecting my solo world. Mobs I capture despawn with no reason, redstone based farms have little errors when functioning and i don´t know what to do. It seems like that error i corrupting my whole world. Is there something you can help me with?

I made a storage room with minecarts and the soun that started the problem was the one that makes a minecart when it´s moving but, the ones I used, were motionless. When that started, all the sounds in the game started to fail: some of them worked fine but others were soundless, so I use F3+T to repair that but sometimes it works and other it doesn´t.
All hostile mobs I wak keeping had a name tag attached to them. Some of the can pick up loot and others can´t
The redstone issue is that some farms that use redstone, like the clock in the mob farm, cease to work properly so, I have to remove some piece of it and put it back in order to the clock work properly again.
My simulation distance is 12 chunks and my render distance is 29 chunks.

I’m unable to replicate the issue with mobs despawning or the redstone issue, can you describe the steps to reproduce and/or upload a video recording of the issue with the debug overlay (F3) enabled and showing the game version and system specs. You can record your screen using:
On Windows, the built-in Snipping Tool app (shift+win+S)
On macOS, the the built-in Screenshot app (shift+cmd+5)
Third-party software such as OBS
The recommendation is also that you trim, convert and/or reduce the quality of your recording so that it is under 10MB, as this will make the upload much quicker.
