Villagers stopped breeding

Villagers in my world have stopped breeding. This includes villagers in a breeder, and villagers roaming around in my game. Odd that they stopped breeding around Valentine’s Day. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In the breeder, the farmer throws carrots at the other villager again and again, but they refuse and nothing happens. In the town, when doused with carrots to encourage breeding, nothing happens.
