TNT minecarts don't delete piercing arrows

Piercing arrows(that are on fire) cause the arrow to not be deleted upon impact of a TNT minecart

Expected Result: The arrow is deleted on impact.
Actual result: The arrow isn’t deleted.

The video shows both a piercing crossbow, piercing bow, non piercing bow and non piercing crossbow.
-The arrow gets deleted unless shot with piercing. The level of piercing does not matter.

A side effect of the arrow not getting deleted is the floating arrows shown in the video. (MC-306544)

Per slicedlime’s video and my own testing, this was not fixed in 26.3 Shapshot 5.
