If you hold your finger hard on a hotbar button for example 5, and then use your middle mouse button to scroll quickly around just back and fourth, and if you keep doing that for about 5 seconds, the hotbar buttons BEFORE 5 will not work until you spam click on it about 3-4 times, or you use your scroll button to scroll away and it will get fixed. It is a pretty small bug, but i still reported it to get it fixed. (another example: if you hold your finger down on any hotbar button (1-9) and start scroll back and forward quickly and effecient for a short period (about 4-7 seconds) and then try to click on any hotbar buttons before that number (for example doing that with 9 eliminates all the other ones, and doing it with 3 eliminates 2 and 1, and so on.. you get the point) it then stops you from switching your hotbar buttons to any of those buttons before that number unless you re-scroll or spam the keys before that number)
I tried filming a video showcasing it but it just wouldnt make sense if i did as i couldnt show what buttons i was clicking on in game and the scrolling stuff. Its better if you try it in-game to get a better understanding.
