If you hold your finger hard on a hotbar button for example 5, and then use your middle mouse button to scroll quickly around just back and fourth, and if you keep doing that for about 5 seconds, the hotbar buttons BEFORE 5 will not work until you spam click on it about 3-4 times, or you use your scroll button to scroll away and it will get fixed. It is a pretty small bug, but i still reported it to get it fixed. (another example: if you hold your finger down on any hotbar button (1-9) and start scroll back and forward quickly and effecient for a short period (about 4-7 seconds) and then try to click on any hotbar buttons before that number (for example doing that with 9 eliminates all the other ones, and doing it with 3 eliminates 2 and 1, and so on.. you get the point) it then stops you from switching your hotbar buttons to any of those buttons before that number unless you re-scroll or spam the keys before that number)
I tried filming a video showcasing it but it just wouldnt make sense if i did as i couldnt show what buttons i was clicking on in game and the scrolling stuff. Its better if you try it in-game to get a better understanding.

Steps to Reproduce:
Hold a hotbar keybind (i.e. 5)
Use the scroll wheel and scroll (either direction or even both directions)
Stop scrolling after a bit
Let go of 5
Try to change your hotbar slot and it will either fail or go back to the slot you were on.(It will fail if it was before the slot you did it on. So, if you did it on 5 then it will fail for 1-4 and work, but go back to 5 for 6-9.)
Note: It will fix itself after a few seconds as shown in the videos I attached.
