Pressing Ctrl + Space triggers IME toggle and prevents jumping (due to new IME compatibility)

Short description of the issue: With the newly introduced in-game Input Method Editor (IME) support, there is a keybinding conflict. Pressing the default sprint key (Ctrl) and jump key (Space) simultaneously triggers the operating system's default "Toggle IME" shortcut (Ctrl+Space). This intercepts the game's input, preventing the player character from jumping.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Ensure an Input Method Editor (IME) is enabled on the operating system (e.g., Chinese IME).

  2. Launch Minecraft Java Edition version 26.2-snapshot-5.

  3. Enter any world.

  4. Press and hold 'Ctrl' (Sprint) and 'Space' (Jump) simultaneously.

Expected result: The player character should perform a sprinting jump. Ideally, the game should not intercept the Ctrl+Space combo for IME toggling during active gameplay (movement).

Actual result: The input is intercepted by the IME, the IME state toggles, and the player character does not jump at all.

OS:Windows 11
IME:WeChat Input or Microsoft Pinyin Input
