Old growth pine taigas have an unusual ratio of zombie villagers and regular zombies

In most biomes, zombies have a spawn weight of 95 and zombie villagers have a spawn weight of 5, making it so the combined total of zombie and zombie villager spawn attempts consists of 5% zombie villagers. In old growth pine taigas, this is not the case, as the spawn weights of both mobs have been increased to 100 and 25 respectively, causing the combined total of zombie and zombie villager spawn attempts consists of 20% zombie villagers instead.
