When using a command to ride a sulfur cube, instead on the bounce diminishing after each subsequent bounce, it actually increases it’s height instead, seemingly up to 78 blocks in height. To recreate the bug simply spawn a sulfur cube with a block inside and ride it with the /ride command before it stops bouncing.

I’ve tried to recreate the bug, but I couldn’t recreate it. I tried to jump before it indeed stopped bouncing but nothing.
