Description
The social interactions screen can be opened using the hotkey (default P) although the button to open it is still disabled.
Expected Behavior
Either the button should be enabled when no player can be reported and the world is in multiplayer mode or the keybind should fail when no player can be reported.
Actual Behavior
The keybind opens the social interactions screen although the button is still disabled when no players can be reported.
Environment
Kubuntu 26.04

In 26.1.2, the button is actually enabled, so the behavior more likely to be unintended here is that the button is grayed out.
The button in the pause menu checks whether there are any reportable players before enabling itself, so it seems likely that the keybind isn't intended to work.

if (list.isEmpty()) {
playerReportingButton.active = false;
playerReportingButton.setTooltip(NO_PLAYERS_TO_REPORT_TOOLTIP);
}There currently isn’t any check in net.minecraft.client.gui.Gui#handleKeybinds, which would explain the inconsistent behavior.
