Obfuscated text no longer keeps a consistent width

Issue:

Starting in 26.2, obfuscated text now slightly changes width as it animates, causing all characters after this point to shake back and forth.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run command /title @a title ["1",{text:"2",obfuscated:true},"3"]

2. Note that the text shakes back and forth and the number “3” moves left and right, which did not happen in 26.1

Expected behavior:

Obfuscated text should remain the same width as it changes characters, and the following characters should not move.
