The following command can normally be used to leash mobs together using commands:
/data modify entity <entity to be leashed> leash.UUID set from entity <leash holder> UUIDHowever, if the entity to be leashed is a trader llama and the leash holder is a wandering trader, the trader llama just disappears.
This seems to be an issue with wandering traders and trader llamas specifically. Leashing other types of mobs to the wandering trader as well as leashing the trader llama to other types of mobs works without issues.
