Short description of the issue
In creative mode , use fast mouse clicker throw ender pearl , sometimes it will prompt 'the height limit for building is 319'
Steps to reproduce the issue：
In creative mode get some ender pearls;
throw it for ground or other block by a fast mouse clicker
Expected result
game isn’t prompting ‘the height limit for building is 319’
Actual result
game is prompting ‘the height limit for building is 319’
