Villagers still don't immediately level up when their experience bar is filled

The bug

After the fix of MC-310787, villagers can level up and gain new trades while the interface is still open. However, there is still a 2-second delay between the experience bar filling and the villager leveling up and unlocking new trades. This may be intended, but it doesn’t match bedrock, and still causes MC-254547 and MC-265423.

How to reproduce

1. Get a villager

2. Trade with it until its experience bar is filled

Expected result

The next trades should appear

Observed result

You have to wait a couple seconds
