Go to «Controls» then to «Key Binds» and assign any action (for example, Attack/Destroy) to the FN+F10 key combination. This key is found on many current keyboards. This keyboard shortcut opens the email. But the name will not be displayed, it will just be «Not Found». But the binding will work correctly.
