[MC-311943] On macOS, the "かな" and "英数" keys produce unexpected results

On macOS, when the "かな" key (or "あいう" on some models) and the "英数" key are assigned to a keyboard shortcut, the display returns incorrect translation results.

The attached image shows the result when executed in Japanese.

This is a side effect of MC-311175, which Mojang have chosen not to fix. The USB HID codes for these keys are the same, the difference is that macOS uses them for Japanese IME interaction whereas Windows and Linux use them for Korean.

Relates to MC-189953 and MC-310595.
