Enchantment glint still animates under /tick freeze

Discovered while testing MC-312206.

Freezing the game using the /tick command pauses just about every animation in the game, be they animated blocks or animated entity geometry. The enchanted item glint is an unaccountable exception.

To reproduce:

• drop an enchanted golden apple

• /tick freeze

• observe

Expected results: the glint would be frozen in place, just like everything else in the world.

Actual results: for some reason, it still moves.
