Projectiles shot by mobs can no longer break decorated pots, chorus flowers, pointed dripstone, sulfur spikes, or icicles

The Bug:

Projectiles shot by mobs can no longer break decorated pots, chorus flowers, pointed dripstone, sulfur spikes, or icicles.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make sure the mob_griefing and projectiles_can_break_blocks game rules are both set to true by using the commands provided below.

   /gamerule mob_griefing true

   /gamerule projectiles_can_break_blocks true

2. Summon decorated pots all around you by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~7 ~-1 ~7 ~-7 ~7 ~-7 minecraft:decorated_pot hollow

3. Summon a skeleton and switch to survival mode.

4. Dodge the skeleton’s arrows so that they hit the decorated pots.

5. Observe if the decorated pots are destroyed by the skeleton’s arrow.

Observed Behavior:

Projectiles shot by mobs can no longer break the said blocks.

Expected Behavior:

Projectiles shot by mobs would be able to break the said blocks.
