Arrow keys / Tab to navigate inventory slots cannot be rebound

Relates to MC-147718 and MC-296952.

Snapshot 7 allows for you to move through inventory screens by using the arrow keys and Tab key. However, these functionalities appear to be entirely hardcoded. I can find no options in the Key Binds menu to reconfigure them, unlike other controls.

To fix, there should be entries for these, so other buttons e.g. WASD can be used to navigate.
