These functions do not appear in the Controls menu anywhere, and when other functions are bound to these keys, no conflict error is shown.

"It is also not possible to reassign the F3+letter key combo controls." Is that a bug or just a missing feature? The F3+letter controls don't necessarily have to be dependent on the player's control setting.
My keyboard does not have f1-f12 keys. I have to bind (alt+3 = f3) in keyboard software which works for opening the debug menu (f3), but does not work for additional shortcuts for example (alt+3+b != f3+b). This does work in other programs, like browser, so I think it is an issue with the game. Not really enough to go off of for its own report, but if this report gets fixed my issue will also be resolved.
